02:06.08Digital-PioneerI just cannot understand it... Amarok is so incredibly crappy on my desktop, there's no reason for it...
02:06.19Digital-PioneerI mean, it can't even pause a song. WTH?
02:06.34sreich...what?
02:06.34Digital-PioneerIf I click pause, it just restarts the song.
02:07.52Digital-PioneerAnd initially it wouldn't play tracks... I couldn't add them to the playlist. I rebuilt my collection and it fixed that, but still...
02:08.36Digital-PioneerWhat all persistent configuration or caches or databases does Amarok keep? I'd like to delete them all and start fresh...

02:15.08Digital-Pioneerrdieter: How can the audio backend control the media player?
02:15.11rdieterDigital-Pioneer: the collection stuff is all under ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok  (anything with 'my' in it, it's a mysql-embedded db)
02:15.31rdieterDigital-Pioneer:  pausing/playing/resume is all phonon

18:16.53brain0in particular: My internal laptop display is "resized from 1366x768 to 1280x1024" and there is a "new output with resolution 1366x768"
18:16.59brain0this leads to very unexpected behaviour
18:17.29brain0the worst part is: it sometimes works as expected - and that only depends on the order in which xrandr reports the outputs

18:17.56brain0when adding an output that is listed "before" the internal display, things get screwed up, if I add one listed "after", things work
18:18.15brain0I want to fix this rather random behaviour, but I wouldn't really know which point in kephal I should start with
