12:52.18librehatHappy weekend everyone. What's your advice on communicating from `Plasmoid.compactRepresentation` to `fullRepresentation`? I'm writing a new plasmoid and my compact form is a short TextField and I would like to pass the text so when the user hit Enter, I can show the fullRepresentation showing the result. The result is returned from the server using the text input from the compactRepresentation

22:05.09hydrolab-Mi don't even have a clue to which direction i should dig. because everything else renders perfectly fine. and as far as i can tell KDE relys on qt's font rendering engine which on linux is freetype, so when i use freetype's libs to render  text it also renders glyphs perfectly fine
22:06.12JanKusanagiI've seen other people (way back) having these kinds of font issues in Plasma Desktop, with QML-based stuff
22:06.17JanKusanagiare you up to date?
22:06.56JanKusanagimy guess is that it's a graphics drivers issues, since QtQuick stuff takes advantage of graphics acceleration, and that sometimes exposes drivers faults
22:12.03hydrolab-Mwell i use KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5, KDE Frameworks Version: 5.69.0, Qt Version: 5.14.2. i also think that it might be a graphics drivers issue(or at least related to graphic drivers to some degree) i use nvidia proprietary drivers, if this information will help. also i know that some peopol who use amd cards also have the same issue
