15:03.40ekeating734?
15:04.07TimRikerldstech 734 - we have two different ids for everyone. one in joomla and one in the talentpool module.
15:04.25TimRikerthis causes grief when passing around ids on urls etc.
15:04.41TimRikerthis simply proposes that we sync them up and keep them in sync.
15:04.58TimRikerid in tos_users should always match ID in ts_members
15:05.13ekeatingwhat's your estimate on time
15:05.18TimRikerwhen we create the user on first login we should force ID to be joomla id.

15:21.36scgallafentTimRiker was migrating the cdev sites to a new server yesterday.
15:21.37scgallafentI didn't update the wiki so it wouldn't interfere with his process.
15:21.37scgallafentEverything seems to be working, so I'm going to run the update as soon as I resolve the last admin account issue.
15:21.37scgallafentI got a list of two additional extensions to be added to the wiki from johnsonth and have started adding those to my local install.
15:21.37scgallafentMy plan today is to run the wiki update on cdev and test it.
15:21.39scgallafentThere isn't a lot of content in the current cdev wiki.
15:21.41scgallafentI'm debating whether I should grab a copy of the current production wiki and put that on cdev.
15:21.43scgallafentIt would be the best test of converting the production wiki.
15:21.45scgallafentIf you have strong opinions on that, now is a good time to opine.
15:22.16TimRikerscgallafent, are there jira tickets on the two extensions?

15:27.28TimRikerstill waiting to see the wiki upgrade. that might happen today. then I'll have an opinion.

15:33.01scgallafentdlhace, should I call the help desk again?
15:33.07tdeforesthere's my swarm stuff:
15:33.07tdeforestI added pass/fail totals to thead. My initial foray into pchart yesterday revealed that PK edited the core library files instead of using the api to config overrides. I reverted the pchart library to it's original state. Now I need to re-implement our customizations but in a future-compatible way. Then I'll be able to start on the piechart. I'm learning a lot!
15:33.08tdeforestI also did some CSS cleanup on Swarm yesterday. There was one CSS file included that wasn't in use. I removed and deleted that file. There was one CSS file that had one declaration in it - I merged it into another file. After that, I had two CSS files that were separated for no apparent reason. I merged these files. So now Swarm makes 3 fewer http requests - yay!
15:33.09tdeforestI also found a bug with Swarm and pchart on the new dev server l5161. TimRiker diagnosed it as most likely a data formatting error in PKs code for pchart. TimRiker implemented a workaround and the charts are working again. A more permanent solution will be needed eventually.
15:33.14tdeforestI haven't had much time for working on LDSTech redesign stuff. Hopefully, I can jump back into that after this small Swarm release. I'd like to get Swarm design items out in front, like we're trying to do with LDSTech. This way, the design is sorted out before the sprint begins. Designs could be attached to the tickets and devs could simply pick up the tickets, review the requirements and mockups, and hit the ground running. I'
15:33.21tdeforestll still be able to answer questions and make design adjustments as needed during the sprint but ideally the bulk of design work will be done before the sprint begins.

19:02.44talonnhi, is this a better venue to ask questions than the email threads?
19:09.54jdavid26talonn, what's your question?
19:11.49talonnin an email requesting testing, there was a link posted to some test cases. when i click the link, i get redirected to the general swarm page, and a message says"You have no access to the project MSA"
19:12.01talonni'm just wondering if there is something weird with my account
19:12.39talonnit's for the GL app
19:13.40TimRikertalonn, are you trying the cdev link or the tech link?
19:13.48TimRikeryou should have access on tech now.

19:16.22TimRikerso to answer your question.. this is a good place to get ahold of project administrators when you have access problems.
19:16.33TimRikerthe email lists are better for application bugs and issues.
