00:35.54aTypicalHello.
00:38.37n1ywbwell I wrote all zeros to all the files in /proc/drivers/fl and now it's out :)
00:40.10n1ywbI'm gonna make this thing a kick-ass embedded controller. I'm not sure what it's going to control yet, but it's going to control something and kick ass doing it
00:45.28paperCrane-work*I* want to make mine an mp3 player....but I can't find any good way to add lots of storage
00:47.39aTypicalpaperCrane-work, huh?  Just add a 4GB CF card to it.
00:48.44paperCrane-workfor >$200....
00:48.59paperCrane-workbesides, 4GB really isn't what I'm looking for
00:49.09paperCrane-workI'd like 40+ (80 would be nice)
00:50.52aTypicalAh.  In that case buy an iPod.
00:51.20paperCrane-workI'd rather a different brand
00:51.28paperCrane-workbut I was trying for something less costly
00:51.31aTypicalOH.
00:51.40paperCrane-workI already have a device which plays MP3s fine...
00:56.12paperCrane-workand I could always write another program for it
01:03.49aTypicalkergoth__, you around?

01:06.15aTypicalOK, maybe someone else can answer this for me.  ipkg seemed to be working fine on my system until I added devel to ipkg.conf.  Once I did that I can no longer update with 'ipkg update.'  It just freezes on /libs//Packages.
01:06.56XorAaTypical: I know this doesnt help but it worked for me, maybe try src/gz instead, sf.net is mega slow these days
01:07.12paperCrane-workmine has been extremely slow randomly
01:07.37aTypicalIt always freezes at the same place.  When I didn't have devel update went fine.
01:10.57aTypicalAnother question.  How do I do a ^C?
01:11.15paperCrane-workFn-C
01:11.21paperCrane-workor Fn-Shift-C
01:11.23XorAaTypical: what opie or GPE?
01:11.31XorAand what machine?
01:13.13aTypicalXorA, sorry.  It's a 6K with opie.
01:13.36XorAaTypical: ah, no idea then :-)
01:14.10aTypical:-)
