07:41.01whofHi. Using version 6.0.20. My tomcat connects to a mssql db. Every x amount of minutes/hours I get socket closed errors. I'm using proxool als db pooler en already optimized my sql server tables; I wrote a script to test the performance of the mssql db and that is ok. I also see alot of warnings about query's taking more then 90000ms time in my catalina.out file
07:41.16whofAs I'm getting desperate, do you guys have some tips for me ? :)
07:41.27whofI tried a different connection pooler and that is the same issue.

15:06.30EliripsHello all. I'm using Tomcat 6.0.32, with Java 1.6.0_24-b07 and Windows Server 2008 R2. I have a webapp that is running fine (deployed using tomcat manager). I just noticed that between the xml-messages sent from tomcat, there is strange "noise". I pasted a copy of a log here: http://pastebin.com/KBWRHY7w If I look at the line 26, or line 30, you'll see some "random" (?) bits of data sent from tomcat (checked using wireshark, it is t
15:15.46karstensrageis that wireshark output following the thread?
15:15.59karstensragepossibly tcp/ip stuff?
15:16.28karstensragewithin the http flow that does seem odd but i normally dont care whats inside the http protocol
15:20.44EliripsNo, the output is from DebugView.exe. The client-tool I have to test the service generates this output. I implemented the service from a wsdl provided by the same people giving me the test-client-tool. They claimed that "all tomcat 6.x servers send those strange things inbetweens" (and not their favorite ms-what-so-ever-server). So, I was wondering what might be the reason.
15:22.29Eliripskarstensrage: I think it cant have something to do with the warning I get in the log: "Unable to find required classes (javax.activation.DataHandler and javax.mail.internet.MimeMultipart). Attachment support is disabled." - or could it?

18:10.28nolsen01I'm using tomcat 6.0.28  with OpenJDK 6 on ubuntu 11.04. Under my webapps directory, I have a directory named "Beer-v1" and under that, I have a simple html file name form.html. However, when I go to localhost:8080/Beer-v1/form.html I get a 404 error.
18:17.48nolsen01If anybody can help me, I will be hanging around. Thank you.
18:21.24cjzwhat happens if you got to http://localhost:8080/

18:25.28nolsen01I'm sorry, that was a log from 2 days ago, the current log is empty. I was experiencing the same problem two days ago however.
18:25.38nolsen01I will still paste it in case you find it useful
